UK Business Angels Association: event photography at Future Forward

In November 2019, we provided event coverage for our friends at the UK Business Angels Association (UKBAA), documenting their Future Forward event in London with videos of the seminar’s proceedings and speeches, and through interviews with key people.

Among the organisers and VIPs were spoke to on camera were Roderick Beer (Managing Director of the UKBAA), Alice Hu Wagner (Managing Director of Strategy, Economics, and Business Development at British Business Bank), Andy Morgan (Partner and Head of M&A), Grant Thornton, Sarah Turner (CEO & Co-Founder of Angel Academe), Harry Destecroix (CEO of Unit DX), and Dean Moore (Head of Wealth Planning at RBC Wealth Management).

Future Forward brought together top economists, award-winning angels, and trailblazing venture capitalists. The afternoon included keynotes, fireside chats, and panel debates, all focused on empowering business angels to achieve success in 2020 and beyond.

The event was attended by over 260 investors.

The seminar marked the end of a record year for equity investment in the UK. Celebrations continued well into the night, with drinks and a buffet dinner!
