Solent Sky Services becomes a Shaping Portsmouth Associate

When we first met Stef Nienaltowski in November 2018, we knew we wanted to be a part of the community interest company he heads. Shaping Portsmouth champions our island city as one of the best places to live, work, and invest in the UK.

Two years later — having worked with Stef and his collective of local businesses, educational institutions, and government workstreams on various projects — we’re ecstatic to announce Solent Sky Services is now a Shaping Portsmouth Associate!

We particularly enjoy Shaping Portsmouth’s conferences. The three we’ve been to (and two we’ve had stalls at!) have been electric with ‘passionately, positively Portsmouth’ energy, and networking with the city’s modern pioneers is exhilarating.

Stef wrote in a recent Shaping Portsmouth newsletter: “I am very excited about our [collaborations], and I know Solent Sky Services and Shaping Portsmouth will broaden our partnership over the coming [years].”

Naturally, we’ve already shot a section of our ‘A Different Perspective of Portsmouth’ documentary with Stef! He mentions some of Shaping Portsmouth’s core goals, including using tech to save high streets, and supporting the creative industries.

At Solent Sky Services, we’re actively creating new opportunities in our city, and as ambassadors for Portsmouth, we feel a great sense of pride in being able to help shape this island’s future.
