Two-drone live stream of guest arrivals at Burberry's Summer 2024 show in London
Pre-Production
We initially looked at flying larger drones but found that the DJI Mini 3 was the most suitable for the job, as we were flying close quarters to guests during arrival. We paired it with a second drone for capturing high and wide angles. This was a first time for Sara working on a Burberry shoot!
Production
The two-drone setup gave Vivid Broadcast two distinct live feeds: intimate close-up shots of guests as they arrived, and sweeping high-and-wide establishing angles of the park setting. Pretty cool that the tree outline at Highbury Fields looks like a giant ‘B’ from above!
Post-Production
Our drone footage was broadcast as part of the livestream production, capturing the atmosphere and spectacle of the event in real-time for a global audience. Our appreciation to Vivid Broadcast for calling upon our talents again.
